Tickets are not transferable. Only invited guests may purchase tickets for themselves and their guests.
Note each ticket will require the purchaser to fill in the guest's full name and details prior acceptance to the shopping cart.
You may only change given guest names for purchased tickets by contacting the Ball Committee.
Admission requires the purchase of a ticket, which amount represents only the direct costs of the programs. In addition, our guests have the opportunity to make a voluntary charitable contribution, the amount of which each guest is free to determine. (To facilitate the process, we have established recommended contribution levels; however, the amount of the contribution is always a matter of individual choice. If you wish to deviate from the specified categories (whether with a lower or higher amount), please notify the Ball Committee.)
Charitable contributions directly support the Foundation's public benefit objectives—in particular providing opportunities for young people with physical disabilities and other disabilities to attend summer camps. Contributions are voluntary and independent of the event; therefore, regardless of the amount contributed, all our guests receive the same standard of hospitality and number of programs. The amount of the contribution is not linked to the services provided at the event: larger contributions do not entitle guests to additional services or preferential treatment.
